We are a South African based online IT&C Solutions Provider.

We sell leading IT brands available to the South African market. We also offer one-stop web service solutions for customers who require websites, domains and website or branded email hosting.

Treehouse Consulting (itworx.co.za) is a registered closed corporation and has been trading since 2000.

Treehouse Consulting only buys from the official suppliers in South Africa. We do not import or sell grey products. We do not offer support for grey imports either.

All products are ordered from the official suppliers. Computer hardware and software are ordered on request. We don't keep stock at our business premises. All sales orders are EXW. Clients  may collect orders in person or send a courier to collect for their account. We can arrange order collection at distribution points in most main centres throughout South Africa - please inquire.

All systems that need to be built to customer specification require a minimum 3 day build and test time.

Pre-built laptops and computers are sold as per advertised specification. They are sold at discounted rates as opposed to customer specified built computers. Customers cannot change Operating systems or specifications advertised on pre-built systems.

Our company is based in Somerset West, Cape Town, Western Cape Province.

Our clients websites are hosted in dedicated multi million rand data centres, not at our business premises.

Personal computers and laptops, and all computer components are covered by the official supplier warranty. The warranty is a "carry-in". Certain brands have collect and return warranties, and others can be purchased with on-site warranty options.

Please inquire about getting on-site warranty for your new Dell or Lenovo computers when placing your order.

Irrespective warranty type, all product warranties are covered by the original supplier only.
