We will email you an official quote with the latest pricing and availability, our terms, contact information and banking details. (quotes are valid for 48 hours - all sales are EXW) 3. Make payment into our business account with ABSA bank. Full payment is required on order. 4. Fax or email us proof of payment. 5.  Once your payment reflects in our account, we will notify you to collect or dispatch the goods per courier as per prior arrangement. We can arrange collection of orders in most major centres throughout South Africa. While all sales are EXW. Delivery can be arranged for bulk orders of Dell, HP, Lenovo and Proline complete systems or notebooks  - not on consumables or components to all main centres in South Africa.  We do not export products. Yes you can trust us. Treehouse Consulting cc has been an established company since 2000. We are an audited, CIPRO registered South African based company. We sell directly to the public, to business and to government subject to our sales terms and conditions. As an internet based company, we don't have a store-front ; so no walk-in purchasing is possible. We take great care in choosing the brands we sell to our customers. We buy only from the official supply chain, so all our products enjoy  support from the original suppliers.  We don't sell or support gray imports. All software we sell is 100% legal and sold in accordance to the official software license terms.  Out of principle we don't offer support to customers with illegal software installations. Warranties are only valid in South Africa.
