Customers may collect orders from our office during office hours
on weekdays by prior arrangement.

Shipping Options:  All sales are EXW, South Africa Only - Door or Counter available on request for small items up to 1kg.

R65.00 for goods under 1kg + theft insurance @ 1% of value.

Payment Terms: Internet Bank Transfer, Direct Bank Deposit

*Funds should reflect in our company’s bank account before the order will be processed.
We are not responsible for funds not reaching our account.
Banks may require a ACB clearance period for EFT payments & cheque deposits, orders
are processed once payment is cleared and the funds released to our account.

Proof of EFTs & deposits, are not accepted as a confirmed payment and only once a payment reflects, will goods or web services be released. EFT Fraud is at an all time high and to protect yourselves and us we have instituted this policy.

All sales are Ex-Works (EXW) transactions. What does this mean?:

Goods are made available for pickup at our offices or supplier factory or warehouse and delivery is accomplished when the merchandise is released to the buyer, the buyers agent or freight forwarder.

The buyer is responsible for making arrangements with their forwarder for local collection of the freight, insurance, export clearance, paperwork and all handling charges.

The buyer pays all transportation costs and bears all risks for bringing the goods to the final destination.

Our office address is published on all official proforma invoices and consultation confirmations.  Please note we do not run a retail shop from our office premises. So "walk in" purchasing is not possible.
