How to order an ICT solution?

1. Discuss your solution needs with us. Copy our product code; the description of the product and your contact details into an e-mail quote request to sales @ itworx.co.za (without the spaces). This is called an RFQ.

2. We will email you an official quote for the solution with the latest pricing and availability, our terms, contact information and banking details. (quotes are valid for the date of issue only  - all sales are EXW)

3. Make payment into our business account with ABSA bank. Full payment is required on order. Fax or e-mail us your proof of payment . We wait for the funds to clear before regarding your order as confirmed.

4.  Proof of payment secures the stock for your order and allocates stock to you. Once your payment has cleared, you will be sent an email notification when your order will be ready for collection.

While all sales are EXW. Delivery can be arranged for bulk orders of Dell, HP, Lenovo and Proline complete systems or notebooks  - not on consumables or components to all main centres in South Africa.

Yes you can trust us. Treehouse Consulting cc has been in business for 10 years.
We are an audited, CIPC registered South African company.

We sell directly to the public, business and government

As an internet based company, we don't have a store-front ; so no walk-in purchasing is possible.

We take great care in choosing the brands we sell. We buy only from the official supply chain in South Africa. All our products enjoy  support from the original suppliers. We don't sell or support gray imports.

All software we sell is 100% legal and sold in accordance to the official software license terms. 

Out of principle we don't offer support to customers with illegal software installations.

Does our company export to other countires? No we are not exporters.

Does our company sell second hand computers? No we do not. All our solutions are provided sealed in original packaging as supplied.

Our business focus is to sell complete ICT solutions, not computer parts.
