First things first – Should you need remote desktop support; you need to install this software on your system and your computer must have internet access. The support desk is monitored on weekends and public holidays.

 

NB! This support desk service is NOT for pre-sales enquiries or new order requests. The technical support desk does not attend to general sales enquiries for new products.
