Dell own their warranty and as such all repairs & DOA’s are done directly by Dell South Africa
Dell Technical Support.
Dell will ALWAYS request the service tag number of the device, which is on the back of your Dell device, underneath your notebook, or inside the bottom cover, or underneath the battery.
If it is under warranty, Dell will repair it for free (subject to Dell warranty T&Cs).
If not, Dell will do repair against a fee.
You MUST register ANY warranty claim directly with DELL. Failing to do so will just slow down the turn around time.
NB: The Technical Problem being impossible to resolve should be determined at the sole discretion of Dell
