Lenovo has appointed PartServe to offer carry in warranty services throughout South Africa and Africa. Where PartServe does not have direct warranty representation a partner will be appointed to represent Lenovo in that region.

The Lenovo warranty program is made up of the following components
Warranty Repair and return of Lenovo Consumer products

PartServe offers carry in services for Lenovo consumer customers throughout South Africa, Botswana and Namibia

All warranty is validated by means of a proof of purchase supplied by the customer

If the product is found to be under warranty and parts are available PartServe will endeavour to repair and make available for collection the repaired product within 3 working days of receipt

If the product is out of warranty a quote will be supplied to the customer with 48hours of receipt of the faulty product

Spare parts Regional Warehousing and distribution

PartServe manages all Lenovo in and out of warranty spare parts requirments. All spare parts are bulk stocked centrally in the Johannesburg warehouse with small buffer stocks being held in the regions to facilitate day to day repairs

All parts stocking and usage is based on a 6 month average consumption
Faulty Spare parts RMA management

PartServe along with Lenovo manages the reverse logistics of all faulty spare parts to be returned to Lenovo for recovery
DOA refurbishment and remarketing
