Logitech own their own warranty. There is no Logitech service centre in South Africa.
We often get calls from people looking for Logitech spare parts; parts they have lost of Logitech products etc.
It is not our core business to keep spare parts for Logitech products as we only sell a very limited number of Logitech products.
To get spare parts for Logitech products – if the product is NOT end of life – you may still try to contact Logitech SA in Johannesburg for parts.
There is no service centre for Logitech products in South Africa, they have a swop out policy should you have a faulty product bought in SA which is still under warranty.
This swop-out policy is strictly subject to Logitechs’ discretion during the warranty period.
For any such warranty claim of a manufacturer defect – you need to return your Logitech product (including a fault report, original invoice and packaging) to the reseller or retailer you purchased it from.
If you purchased a product overseas (not in RSA) – the Logitech product will have to be shipped to the retailer that sold it to you overseas.
